Role Overview
As a Site Foreman, you'll oversee site activities and subcontractors while remaining hands-on in joinery and fit-out works.
Our factory and loading bay are based in Carndonagh, Co. Donegal, with installations taking place nationwide across Ireland. You'll travel to sites as required and be based at the factory when not onsite.
You'll lead daily operations, ensure quality standards, and act as the key link between clients, project managers, and the site team.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise joinery teams and subcontractors
* Deliver works to drawings, specifications, and client standards
* Liaise with the workshop on schedules and deliveries
* Lead toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety briefings
* Inspect quality, manage snag lists, and sign off with clients
* Maintain accurate site records and resource management
* Oversee the care and proper use of tools, equipment, and company vehicles
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience delivering to high-end finishes under pressure
* Full driving licence
Desirable:
* Background in shopfitting, joinery, or fit-outs
* Safe Pass / Manual Handling certification
* Category C driving licence
