The office administrator will ensure smooth running of the showroom and organising schedules of all current client projects.
This typically entails scheduling appointments for our interior designers both in house and on site consultations.
You will also be required to manage the fitting schedule ie. making sure all items needed for a project are in stock and ready to go and liasing with the client a time and date. In order to ensure everything is ready some materials may need to be made ie curtains, blinds, sofa's etc therefore you will keep track of each component and organise for the product to be made in time.
You will be required to manage client invoicing - making sure the client has paid the balance before organising fitting and no outstanding balances remain.
Along with that, the general running of the office would entail answering phones, planning social media content, updating pricing of fabrics and any other day to day jobs necessary.
Office hours - Tuesday - Friday 9.30am - 6pm and Saturday 9.30am - 3pm
