We are currently recruiting for a Gardener to join our team. A passion for horticulture and drive to achieve results are essential for this role.
This role will be based between the Hotel and The Reserve.
Main Duties:
* Monitoring and maintaining plant health
* Mulch, edge, and weed gardens
* Prune and trim trees and bushes
* Deal with pest problems that could damage plants
* Keep gardens and green spaces clear of debris and litter
Key Requirements:
* Experience of working as a Gardener would be an advantage but not essential
* An understanding and passion for horticulture
* A horticulture qualification may be an advantage but not essential
* To be physically fit and enjoy working outdoors in all weathers
* Communicate clearly
* A caring and patient manner
* Self-motivation, initiative, and a positive attitude towards work
