* Supply Chain Expertise: With 10+ years of experience, lead teams at regional or global levels to achieve exceptional results and drive cost-effectiveness throughout the supply chain network.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with the organisation's objectives and deliver high-quality products on time.
* Supplier Management: Nurture relationships with contract manufacturers to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
* People Management: Lead teams to achieve exceptional results and streamline processes.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance supply chain operations and effectiveness.
* Operational Projects: Drive organisational success through leading operational projects and product introductions.
Requirements:
* Degree qualification in a relevant field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
* Extensive experience in supply planning and people management, with a minimum of 10-15 years.
* Global or regional supply chain management experience is highly desirable.
