We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage our mental health programmes and services for young people. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning and implementation to ensure alignment with local and national priorities.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of management experience in the health or social care sector, with a proven track record of developing and implementing operational plans. You will also possess strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach.
Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, leading a team, building relationships with external stakeholders, and overseeing youth-focused initiatives. A third-level qualification in a related area is required, as well as a clean driving license and flexibility for occasional evening/weekend work.
