Insurance Defence/Litigation Solicitor Role
We are seeking experienced Insurance Defence/Litigation Solicitors to join our team in Dublin.
* Familiarity with all aspects of defence litigation from initial consultation through to settlement/hearing in both personal injuries and/or professional indemnity.
* A proven track record in general defence work, including acting for insurers undertaking liability/personal injuries defence work.
* Strong legal advice provided to clients identifying areas of potential financial risk and delivering expert/timely proactive guidance.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A hardworking attitude with the ability to run their own caseload under supervision as required.
* Experience in full insurance defence processes, including investigations, risk assessments, medical reports, quantum, claims, motions, briefing counsel, attending settlement meetings and court proceedings.
