Role Overview
We’re seeking a Marketing Executive with 3years’ experience—ideally in SaaS or technology—to own and elevate our end-to-end marketing programmes. You’ll combine event management, content strategy and account-based marketing to amplify our brand, drive pipeline and revenue growth, and work in close partnership with Sales and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
* Event & Webinar Management
* Plan, co-ordinate, lead and evaluate virtual and face-to-face events (webinars, conferences, trade shows) to raise brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
* Manage budgets, logistics, third-party suppliers and post-event follow-up.
* Content Strategy & Creation
* Devise and produce a wide range of impactful assets—blog posts, white papers, case studies, presentations, lead-generation emails and social media content—to underpin multi-channel campaigns.
* Personalise collateral for key segments and target accounts.
* Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
* Design and implement ABM strategies to drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives amongst our customer base.
* Work alongside Sales to pinpoint target accounts, map decision-maker personas and tailor lead generation activities accordingly.
* Deliver bespoke campaigns across email, digital advertising, direct mail and social platforms.
* Campaign Integration & Execution
* Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to fuse events, content and ABM into cohesive demand-generation programmes.
* Ensure consistent messaging and seamless hand-over of MQLs to Sales.
* Stakeholder Collaboration
* Liaise with Sales, Product and Customer Success to gather insights and validate content relevance.
* Host regular alignment sessions to refine targeting and messaging.
* Performance Measurement & Optimisation
* Define and report on KPIs for events, content and ABM campaigns.
* Analyse performance via analytics tools; produce dashboards and reports to drive continual improvement.
Requirements
Essential
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline.
* 3–5 years’ marketing experience, preferably within SaaS or technology.
* Proven expertise in event management, content development and ABM or account-centric campaigns.
* Solid grasp of both traditional and digital marketing channels and tools.
* Hands-on experience with social media management and multi-touch email campaigns.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenter.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects.
* Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/marketing platforms.
Desirable
* Experience with WordPress.
* Demonstrable experience with Hubspot's marketing suite.
* Basic graphic-design skills or experience with tools such as Canva.
