About The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to increase engagement, visibility, and revenue. You'll manage all aspects of brand identity, digital marketing, and communications, ensuring consistency and creativity in every touchpoint.
Working closely with and reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director and Head Office, you'll oversee campaign performance, present insights to senior stakeholders, and play an active role in the hotel's strategic planning including ESG initiatives, CAPEX, and HR discussions.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisational skills, excellent digital marketing skills, creativity, and an exceptional eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive room, F&B, wedding, and event revenue.
Manage and optimise digital channels including website, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media to increase traffic and conversions.
Oversee all brand communications, including PR, print, radio, and online content.
Analyse campaign performance and present regular KPI reports to Head Office and Executive Team.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
Coordinate photoshoots, video production, and content creation to enhance brand storytelling.
Manage relationships with key partners and agencies, including digital and PR suppliers.
Contribute to business strategy and quarterly offsite meetings with the Executive Team.
Key Skills & Experience
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within hospitality or tourism.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, PPC, and analytics.
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience using CRM and email marketing platforms.
Proficient in office software (e.g., Excel, PPT) and design/communication tools (e.g., Canva)
Creative mindset with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management and team leadership.
