Our client, a well-established and reputable nursing home in County Tipperary, is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to join their dedicated care team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting staff development within a residential care setting.
Responsibilities
Provide strong clinical leadership and support to nursing and care staff
Ensure the highest standards of resident care, in line with HIQA regulations and best practice
Oversee clinical governance, care planning, and risk management
Support the Director of Nursing in the day-to-day management of the nursing home
Mentor, supervise, and appraise nursing staff
Promote a positive, safe, and caring environment for residents and staff
Requirements
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with active registration with NMBI
Experience in elderly care or a nursing home setting is highly advantageous
Strong knowledge of HIQA standards and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
