This includes:Welcoming, checking in, and assisting our TRIB3RsSelling retail items, session credits, and membershipsParticipating in team meetings and studio eventsKey ResponsibilitiesStudio ExperienceGreet, assist, and check in TRIB3Rs and guests to ensure they receive a next-level experience.Lead by example and provide outstanding customer service—in person, over the phone, and via email.Selling the TRIB3 ExperienceCommunicate with TRIB3Rs to promote and sell:SWEAT BandsAccessoriesSession creditsMonthly membershipsDrive sales to meet targets set by the Studio Manager or Assistant Studio Manager.Studio OperationsFollow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while on shift.Ensure the studio always looks and feels next-level.Representing TRIB3 Brand ValuesEmbody and promote TRIB3's core values to deliver an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.The PersonWe're looking for someone who:Has a passion for health and fitness (experience with TRIB3 workouts is a plus)Can build strong relationships and connect with people from all walks of lifeIs a team player with excellent communication skillsIs hardworking, organised, and ambitiousIsn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck inMust be available for at least three different 6am-11am or 4-8.30pm shifts Monday-Friday per week.Job Type: Part-timePay: €14.00 per hourExpected hours: 12 – 20 per weekWork Location: In personExpected start date: 20/05/2025
