This is an entry-level role within our Research and Innovation (R&I) department in our KPRO business and ideal for:
Recent graduates (science, engineering, materials, or construction-related fields)
Early-career applicants passionate about new product development and innovation
You will work closely with experienced team members, gaining exposure to research projects, new product development (NPD), and technical studies aligned with the company's strategic growth goals.
Full training will be provided.
You will also collaborate with internal teams, academic organisations, industry bodies, and suppliers to help deliver market-leading and disruptive technologies.
Responsibilities:
Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of R&D, and technical study projects
Work with the Research Innovation Manager on assigned research and development tasks
Contribute to market and technical research activities
Organising laboratory equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring proper housekeeping standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed records in line with quality and regulatory standards
Follow Health & Safety protocols at all times
Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and personal development
Skills Required:
Hunger to drive innovation through collaboration and original thought
Strong planning, time management, and organisational skills
IT Skills (especially in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications)
Ability to understand and work with technical documentation and data
Results-driven with a strong desire to succeed and contribute to team goals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A keen interest in research, product development, and the construction industry
