Overview
We are looking for professionals with at least 1 year of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance, either in Ireland or serving the Irish market from abroad, who are looking for a new challenge in Lisbon, Portugal.
About the Role
As a Banking Customer Support professional, you will be the first point of contact for customers via chat, phone, and email. You will solve issues, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth and empathetic experience. In this dynamic role, you will handle a variety of banking enquiries, from general questions to complex cases such as fraud, disputes, and complaints.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 24/7 (40 hours per week: you will be assigned for a daily working time of 8 hours with an additional hour lunch break).
