Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base and increasing revenue by leveraging your expertise in business development and sales.ResponsibilitiesMarket Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities and potential clients within the healthcare sector. Analyse the competitive landscape to identify unique selling points.Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channelsClient Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and present tailored recruitment solutions.Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to pitch services, present proposals and negotiate terms.Sales and Negotiation: Prepare and proposals, quotes and contracts to clients. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's, ensuring consistent growth in client acquisition and revenue generation.Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve business development targets.Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends and client feedback. Analyze date to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment on client needs and recruitment strategies. Share market insights and client feedback with team to improve service delivery.Qualifications :Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the recruitment/healthcare recruitment industry.Strong understanding of healthcare industry, particularly in relation to nursing staffing and interim contracts is a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.Proven track record of meeting and or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to establish and maintain strong partnerships with clients.Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.We offer a competitive salary package, including commission/incentives, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic organization.
