Overview
A key role in our organisation is available for a Customer Support Engineer. This position provides Level 1 technical support for smart energy products, including PV inverters and energy storage systems.

We are looking for an individual with strong phone-handling skills to effectively manage customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
