The role offers direct exposure to the structuring and execution of complex debt financings across renewable energy and infrastructure assets, working closely with project finance professionals.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of project finance and corporate funding transactionsDevelop and maintain financial models to assess funding capacity, bankability and covenant compliancePrepare lender materials, credit analysis and transaction documentationCoordinate with banks, institutional lenders, advisers and legal counselSupport ongoing treasury activities including refinancing analysis, drawdowns and reportingProfile3–5 years' experience in project finance, infrastructure finance, leveraged finance or corporate financeStrong financial modelling and analytical skillsExperience working with lenders, advisers or institutional capital providersCommercial, detail -oriented and comfortable operating in a transaction -driven environment
