The Role

You will harness your expertise in basic statistics, business fundamentals, and communication to uncover valuable insights and transform raw data into visualizations and compelling stories.
As a Senior Lead Data Analyst, you will drive data-driven decision-making, leverage your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation to provide actionable insights that optimize workforce strategies.
You will collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and deliver analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Interpretation: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights informing workforce strategies and business decisions.
Collaboration with Data Teams: Work with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data is clean, structured, and ready for analysis.
Design scalable data pipelines and architectures to support analytical workflows.
Advanced Data Visualization: Create visualizations using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to HR, business leaders, and stakeholders.
Predictive Analytics: Assist in developing and implementing predictive models to forecast workforce needs and identify skills gaps, recommending actions such as hiring, training, or workforce engagement.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity across platforms and collaborate with data governance teams to maintain data quality standards.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Track KPI performance and analytical models; refine workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with HR and business leaders to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
6-8 years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation.
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning models is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
