The role
Part Time Deli Assistant – Ballybofey Shop
O'Hehirs is a well‑established, family‑run business in food and bakery based in Sligo. We serve customers in a chain of shops spanning Sligo, Donegal, Mayo, Galway, Longford and Westmeath, and are expanding our services and products all the time.
Location: Ballybofey shop, Sligo County.
This position is part‑time, working across 6 days a week, 12 to 20 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends.
This role may not be suitable for students.
Responsibilities
Serve customers promptly and courteously.
Prepare food and beverages.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Provide excellent customer service.
Handle cash transactions and manage the till.
Ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
Experience as a tiller or cashier is a distinct advantage.
