We are seeking a skilled Mechanic/Fitter to join our team in field-based and workshop roles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure adherence to all health and safety guidelines
* Carry out routine servicing and maintenance of diesel, LPG and electrical materials handling equipment
* Perform fault finding and complete planned preventative maintenance and pre-delivery inspections of forklift trucks
* Maintain a clean and orderly working area, including common areas
* Complete job cards and order necessary parts to complete tasks
* Provide a professional and friendly customer service experience
Requirements:
* Relevant technical qualifications and certifications
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong understanding of hydraulics, mechanics and electrical systems
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
