About Your New Role
As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across a portfolio of corporate client sites in Dublin. This is a field-based role requiring a proactive and customer-focused professional who can operate independently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain commercial and corporate AC systems
Diagnose and repair faults on air conditioning units, VRF/VRV systems, and chillers
Respond to reactive maintenance requests across multiple sites
Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations
Maintain accurate service records and reports
Build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
Support energy efficiency and system optimisation initiatives
What You Need
Trade Qualified Air Conditioning Engineer
3–5 years’ experience in air conditioning maintenance with a maintenance contractor or facilities company
Relevant Air Conditioning certifications (e.g., F-Gas, VRF/VRV training)
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience working in commercial or corporate environments
Full clean driving licence
Excellent communication and customer service skills
