Position:- Site ManagerProject:-Warehousing Project - up to 15 buildings in totalLocation:- MaynoothSalary:- €70K - €85K Commensurate with experience + package.Reporting to the Project Manager, as Site Manager you will be responsible for the on-site management team tasked with delivering a Steel Frame buildings from green field to handover on budget, safely and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibility for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.Effective management and co-ordination of subcontractors and ensure all personnel on site conduct their duties to the highest standards.Manage day to day operational duties.Continually improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.You will needDegree qualification with a minimum of 5 years’ experience at Site Manager level.Proven experience in successfully delivering commercial projects.Extensive experience in leading and directing project teams and effectively managing sub-contractors.Excellent People Management skillsSuperior oral and interpersonal skills.For more info reach out to the poster - Jason McGowan on 086 1841361 or apply with CV.
