Senior Quality Assurance Specialist
This is a leadership role within the quality assurance department. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining full audit readiness across all operations, leading internal and external audits, and guiding teams on audit requirements and corrective actions. They will also provide quality input to product design, development, and process changes, driving improvement using various quality tools and techniques.
* Lead, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with IATF, ISO standards.
* Ensure the site operates in a state of audit readiness at all times.
* Manage customer complaints, CAPA, and vigilance reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Knowledge of IATF and ISO standards.
