Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team on-site in our Enniscorthy office. In this role, you'll support a variety of marketing activities that are essential to our clients' and our own growth. It's a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Content Creation & Management: Assist in crafting blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and website copy. Help maintain our content calendar.
* Social Media Management: Schedule posts, engage with followers, and assist in growing our clients' social media presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
* Google Ads & PPC Campaigns: Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns. Help monitor ad performance, optimise for conversions, and report on key metrics.
* Social Media Advertising: Support the creation and management of paid social campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Assist in targeting the right audiences and analysing ad effectiveness.
* SEO & Analytics: Support SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimisations, and performance tracking using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
* Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and scheduling of email campaigns. Help segment audiences and analyse email performance.
* Client Coordination: Work closely with our team to ensure client deliverables are met and client communications are smooth and professional.
