This role is based in our Limerick office and will be within our Fund Administration Division. The Fund Administration Division plays a vital role in the financial services industry, providing innovative solutions for clients.
The key responsibilities of this role include leading planning and execution of daily and periodic regulatory reporting in cooperation with other senior partners on the team.
Engaging with internal departments to evaluate and implement changes in proposed new regulations and ensuring that all current requirements are met.
Working closely with regulators, relationship management, and clients on any queries or ad hoc information requests.
Promoting a proactive and constructive relationship with partners based in Manila which provides support on regulatory solutions.
Developing strategic and scalable operating models for service offerings, ensuring sustainability and profitability.
Being proactive in communication with clients, providing suggestions for operational efficiencies, process improvements, and client experience enhancements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, asset management, or fund administration, although this is not essential.
A strong ability to build consultative relationships with external clients, self-motivation, innovation, and analytical skills are highly valued.
Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Demonstrating commitment to producing professional and high-quality work within required timelines.
A strong analytical skillset with the ability to challenge current processes and develop recommendations for alternative solutions.
