Credit & Collections Specialist – Revenue Operations (EMEA)
A rare opportunity exists to join one of the world's leading technology organizations, supporting a high-volume digital advertising business. We’re seeking an experienced, data-driven professional to join our Revenue Operations team, responsible for managing credit and collections operations across a designated EMEA portfolio. This role offers strategic visibility, ownership of key performance metrics, and direct engagement with sales, finance, and global outsourcing partners.
The Offer:
* Competitive salary of €123,000 pa
* Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite in office in Dublin
* Role will start on a 9-month contract

Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire order-to-cash (OTC) cycle, including credit evaluations, approvals, and collections, with direct accountability for operational excellence and risk mitigation.
* Portfolio Performance: Drive key KPIs such as aging, DSO, and bad debt reduction across the assigned portfolio, ensuring SLA targets with BPO partners are consistently met or exceeded.
* Risk & Credit Management: Conduct thorough credit reviews, collaborate with sales to align customer credit lines with revenue goals, and support strategic revenue enablement through financing and risk mitigation programs.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between outsourcing teams, sales, and internal finance functions to ensure operational fluidity, timely escalations, and enhanced customer experience.
* Market Intelligence: Monitor and respond to regional macroeconomic trends, regulatory developments, and business risks impacting OTC workflows.
* Reporting & Analytics: Utilize dashboards and reporting platforms to assess account health, provide insights, and present performance narratives to senior leadership.
Your Background:
* 6+ years of finance experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment—ideally within digital advertising or large multinational organizations
* Proven expertise in credit risk, collections, and OTC financial processes
* Ability to work autonomously, prioritize with agility, and manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior internal and external stakeholders, including sales, legal, and compliance
* Demonstrated experience managing BPO partners or outsourced finance operations
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy and insights
* French language proficiency is a strong plus
