They are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their team in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a sales strategy focused on new business and revenue growth in Munster.
* Identify and convert new opportunities while managing existing client relationships.
* Collaborate with the sales team to define growth strategies.
* Lead the sales proposal process, including estimates and bids.
* Maintain an accurate customer database and generate sales forecasts and reports.
* Engage in cross-selling and upselling across product categories.
* Build relationships with construction companies, architects, and specifiers to secure projects and influence design choices.
* Work closely with the Sales & Business Development Manager to grow Hardware and Automatic Door Systems sales.
Candidate Profile:
* Existing relationships with construction companies, architects, and specifiers in the region preferred.
* Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in construction or technical products.
* Track record of exceeding targets and regional growth.
* Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Based in or willing to work from Cork with regional travel.
