ITJob PurposeSupport the implementation of IT systems and policies within the Queally GroupReports ToGroup Business Systems ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to:Generate documentation and policies for QKCS (and other Group companies as required) to NIS2 standards.Support and develop various MS SharePoint sites, Power Apps and related functionalitySupport the HR team in the development of MS AI toolsUtilise MS PowerShell to interrogate network and cloud-based company informationConfigure onboarding software with MS Autopilot for our company's set of softwareResearch and develop MS Data Loss Protection functionality for the companies in our remitMentor other Group employees in Microsoft basicsWork with MSP (Managed Service Provider) on projects as directedFor local users, IT break fix servicesBe the technical lead and be proactive on critical time and attendance systemsCreate and manage IT asset listing and report to companies periodicallySkills / Qualifications / ExperienceIdeally recognised Diploma in Information Technology / Systems and or relevant work experience including programming experience3-year experience in an IT environmentCompetency in Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint and the Microsoft administration portalFamiliar with PowerShell, Autopilot and DLP (Data Loss Protection) conceptsStrong computer literacyHave the ability to work on one's own initiativeBe self-motivated and be a keen team playerHave good communication skills (verbal & written)Excellent problem-solving skillsHave an aptitude for informed decision-makingNote: As with all positions, due to the dynamic nature of Arrow Group business, key responsibilities will evolve and change over time.
