A well-established national insurance brokerage is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their Dublin team. This position suits an experienced insurance professional who thrives on managing key client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and contributing to the continued growth of a respected brokerage.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
* Provide expert advice on policy coverage, renewals, and claims handling
* Negotiate terms with insurers to achieve competitive pricing and comprehensive cover for clients
* Identify opportunities to retain and expand existing client accounts through proactive relationship management
* Work closely with account handlers and leadership to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
* Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial or corporate insurance role
* Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and the Irish market
* Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and manage complex accounts
* CIP qualification (or working towards) essential
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
* Self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach
