Account Manager
to join our agency.
Based in Dublin, The Social Guys is a disruptive digital marketing agency specialising in social media strategy, influencer campaigns, event activations, and bold content creation. We work across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, partnering with exciting brands in Ireland and the UK.
We're looking for someone with 1–2 years of relevant experience who's ready to take ownership of projects, bring strong ideas to the table, and deliver creative campaigns that connect and convert.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and supporting on digital campaigns across multiple platforms
* Managing client relationships and campaign timelines from concept to delivery
* Spotting emerging trends and leveraging them for client growth
* Collaborating with influencers, creators, and our in-house team on campaign rollouts
* Overseeing event activations and on-site execution when needed
* Bringing a creative, solutions-driven mindset to every brief
* Travelling occasionally for shoots, events, or client engagements
Who You Are
* A creative thinker with a solid understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
* Experienced in campaign management, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Able to connect the dots between strategy, content, and performance
* Passionate about digital media, events, and storytelling
* Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and loves a challenge
Must-Haves
* 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing, agency, or social media role
* Demonstrated ability to manage social media accounts or campaigns
* Confident working with creators/influencers and external partners
* Strong project management and communication skills
* Flexibility to travel and attend shoots or events as required
Nice-to-Haves
* Experience with influencer strategy and content briefing
* Background in event coordination or brand activations
* Familiarity with analytics tools or reporting platforms
