Our Client, a top building contrator, requires a Finishing Foreman for a building projects near Wexford town. The candidate will be capable of overseeing finishing works to the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate finishing trades on-site. Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors. Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met. Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues that arise. Maintain strict compliance with pharmaceutical construction requirements. Requirements: Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on commercial projects. Strong knowledge of finishing trades, including fit-out, carpentry, etc. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong commitment to health & safety regulations. Immediate availability is essential.
