We’re looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect / Pre-Sales Consultant to help enterprise customers re-imagine how they engage, operate, and grow using the power of cloud, data, and AI-driven business applications.

You’ll work across complex transformation programmes, shaping end-to-end solutions, leading technical engagements, and driving successful pre-sales outcomes that deliver measurable business value.

The Role:

As a key technical leader within the Business Applications pre-sales team, you will:

* Lead customer engagements across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and AI-powered solutions.
* Translate business goals into scalable, secure architectures that leverage the latest Microsoft Cloud capabilities.
* Design and deliver high-impact solution demos, proofs-of-concept, and architecture workshops.
* Address competitive and technical challenges with confidence, securing technical wins and stakeholder buy-in.
* Collaborate with partner and delivery teams to ensure smooth deployment and value realisation for every customer.

What You’ll Bring:

* 4+ years’ experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting within enterprise software or SaaS.
* Strong background in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and cloud-based architecture.
* Proven ability to lead technical discovery, design sessions, and customer demonstrations.
* Expertise in solutioning across hybrid or cloud environments, migrations, and integration patterns.
* Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage at C-Suite and Technical Decision Maker levels.
* 5–7 years of hands‑on experience with enterprise‑scale CRM / ERP pre-sales or digital transformation programmes.
* Deep understanding of AI-enabled business applications and intelligent automation.
* Experience with business value selling, challenger sales, or outcome-based solution design.
* Ability to coordinate dispersed technical teams and manage complex solution cycles.
* Knowledge of industry trends, competitive ecosystems, and cloud transformation best practices.
