As a Line Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include managing store operations when the Store Manager or Deputy Manager are absent, ensuring that all colleagues are fully trained and validated in their roles, and creating an environment of open communication and trust.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances
* Familiarity with retail operations and customer service principles is preferred but not required
