This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to start their career in finance and accounting. The role is entry-level and would suit someone with a keen eye for accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and a desire to learn within a supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a junior member of the team, full training will be provided. Your day-to-day duties will include:Invoice Processing: Assisting with the processing of supplier invoices, ensuring they are matched to Purchase Orders and coded correctly.Reconciliation: Reconciling supplier statements to the ledger to ensure accurate payment runs.Query Resolution: acting as a point of contact for suppliers regarding payment queries, demonstrating our core value of clear communication.Data Entry: Maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records in our system.Credit Control: Sending debtors regular account statements with follow up calls to get receivable payments on time.Team Support: Assisting the wider Finance team with month-end tasks and general administrative duties as required.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for potential over experience.
