We are seeking a dynamic Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Associates to meet sales, customer service, and operational targets.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership, coaching, and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to act as the Chief Executive Officer of your store.
You will be responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to attract and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, excellent customer relationship management, and leading a high-performing team.

Qualifications / Knowledge:
* Retail sales experience.
