We are seeking a skilled Care Scheduler to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Coordinating care assistants' schedules on a daily basis.
* Addressing operational issues arising from customer care calls.
* Ensuring clients have a permanent care team assigned.
* Handling scheduling queries and responding accordingly.
* Assigning emergency cover until the next working day.
* Informing clients of time changes.
* Assigning schedules two weeks in advance.
* Verifying allocated hours are correct.
* Coordinating with Care Managers on new carer start dates.
* Submitting reports to the shared drive by 12 pm on the last working day.
* Ensuring all shifts are covered two weeks in advance.
* Conducting weekly reporting.
The ideal candidate should possess at least one year of experience in a similar role.
