This is a "360-degree" recruitment role where you will manage the entire lifecyclesourcing top-tier financial and IT talent.
You will act as a vital link between leading financial institutions and professionals, providing expert level recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers in sectors such as financial services, IT, Insurance.
Candidate Sourcing: Use advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases to build pipelines for roles End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full process, including initial screening, competency-based interviews, and salary negotiations.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on **** market trends, including regulatory shifts (MiFID II, AML) and the rise of AI in finance, Insurance and IT.
What You Need Experience: Minimum 3+ years in agency recruitment or in-house recruitment environment is preferred.
Education: A third-level degree in Business, Finance, or HR is advantageous.
Core Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Resilience and a target-driven mindset.
Digital fluency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
