* Provide administrative support to the Mortgage and Protection Advisors, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient task completion.
* Process new business applications, gathering original documents from clients as required by lenders, and uploading them onto the system within compliance timescales.
* Manage client service experience, communicating with clients, advisors, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth progress of applications through to completion stage.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience as a Mortgage Administrator in a Financial Services Company is essential.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are necessary for effective collaboration and task management.
* A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required to maintain FCA compliance standards.
* Strong IT skills and ability to identify efficiency improvements using systems are also vital.
