Supervise daily shop operations, retail sales, inventory controls, and other relevant duties
Supervise and guide team towards maximum performance and service standards
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Experienced in beauty industry with proven strong record of sales
Able to achieve outlet monthly sales target set by Management
Deal with feedbacks and complaints from customers to maintain the outlet’s reputation
Manpower scheduling for staff.
Submit daily sales and revenue reports to Management
Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or display
Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety requirements
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Salary range $4500-$8000
