Successful candidate will be:
1. Leading and supporting operational managers in service delivery, governance, and compliance.
2. Ensuring services align with regulatory requirements, company policies, and budgetary constraints.
3. Managing performance, resource allocation, and financial controls.
4. Fostering a person-centred approach in line with our clients' Model of Care.
5. Driving team collaboration and effective communication across stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate will have:
6. A qualification in Social Care or relevant
7. Significant experience in managing complex health or social care services.
8. Strong leadership skills with a track record in team management and development.
9. Proven ability in budget oversight, compliance, and operational efficiency.
10. Excellent communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
11. Full eligibility to work in Ireland and access to transport for the role.
