The vision of the company is to leverage the latest technologies to build amazing live communication tools for businesses around the world.We offer cloud-based phone system as a service and online team collaboration software to small and medium businesses.We are looking to recruit an experienced SRE Engineer to join our existing team.Role DutiesYou design, deploy, monitor and maintain our infrastructure components based on Linux systems (collocation and AWS Cloud).Monitor and respond to incidents as part for the Incident Response and Business Continuity Team.Support the development team by managing the CI/CD processes.Responsible for extending the deployment automation of our infrastructure.Set up and maintain automated monitoring of our infrastructure.Offer L3 support to our clients.ExperienceMinimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.Experience in working with high-availability, distributed systems and services in a hosting environment including hardware, OS Linux (Centos/ Ubuntu)Experience with DNS, SSH, HTTP, NTP, TLS, TCP/IP and other common network protocolsKnowledge in AWS services: EC2, Code Deploy, S3, Route53, Cloud Front, IAM.Experience with automation and/or configuration management tools like Ansible and PuppetExperience with installation and usage of monitoring tools (Elastic stack, Prometheus/ Grafana).Strong knowledge of DB administration: MySQL/MariaDB.Experience with Message Queuing (RabbitMQ, NATS or similar).Knowledge of at least one of the following server-side scripting languages: Bash/Shell, Go, Python.Experience with virtualization tools like VMWare and Docker.The following experience will be considered a bonus: SIP, WebRTC Protocols, Asterisk and Kamailio SIP servers.Strong knowledge in Cybersecurity best practices.Verbal and written communication stills (English).Benefits:FlexitimeHybrid Working/ Remote WorkingOn-site parkingPrivate medical insuranceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Additional leaveBike to work schemeCompany eventsCompany pensionFlexitimeOn-site parkingPrivate medical insuranceSick payWork from homeWork Location: Hybrid remote in CO.
