Our client is a leading non-food retail chain with a strong presence and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented and experienced Store Manager to lead one of their busy stores in West Dublin.

Key responsibilities:
1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
4. Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement and take corrective action as needed.
5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee development.
6. Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience and promote brand loyalty.
7. Manage staffing levels and schedules to meet business needs while controlling labor costs.
Qualifications:
8. 2+ years of store management experience in fashion, non-food, or grocery retail.
9. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
10. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
