We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
Location: Sligo or willing to relocate. Opportunities also available in Dublin, Kilkenny, Kildare, and Tipperary.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the delivery of exceptional nursing and social care, tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident.
Oversee clinical standards, conduct assessments, and manage care plans to maintain high-quality outcomes.
Supervise medication administration, conduct audits, and liaise with GPs and pharmacies to ensure compliance and improve medication management standards.
Lead and mentor CNMs, nurses, and care assistants, providing ongoing training and development.
Perform regular audits and develop action plans to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
Serve as a key contact for residents and families, addressing concerns and supporting person-centered care, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.
What You Bring to the Team:
Registered Nurse with active NMBI registration.
Minimum of 2 years' management experience.
At least 6 years of experience working in a nursing home setting.
QQI Level 6 in Management or Leadership.
Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on team motivation and professional development.
