Overview
This Payroll Specialist position is a key part of the finance team, based in West Dublin, responsible for coordinating between the business and an external payroll support vendor to ensure that both fortnightly and monthly payrolls are completed accurately and on time. This role also includes supporting the broader finance function with tasks such as reconciliations, analysis, and reporting.
Your Responsibilities
* Process fortnightly and monthly payroll for 200+ staff.
* Update payroll for hires, exits, and changes.
* Sync payroll data with HR and finance systems.
* Support year-end reporting and payslips.
* Maintain payroll confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
* Assist with reconciliations and financial reports.
Your Skills
* 3+ years payroll experience.
* Proficient in Sage and Excel.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Clear communicator, team player.
* Able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
