Customer Service Representative
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Dublin Airport. You will be working on-site, interacting with customers from various backgrounds, and ensuring they receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
* Sell tickets and add-on products to customers, providing guidance and information as needed.
* Utilize proactive approaches to make travel arrangements for customers in the event of delays or service disruptions.
* Liaise effectively with colleagues regarding service updates and disruptions.
* Manage coach movements within the station, adhering to Health & Safety standards.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in fast-paced customer service environments.
* Positive attitude towards customer service and personal development.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good health, stamina, and fitness levels, due to the fast-paced nature of the job.
* Flexibility to work shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
