Senior Operations Manager Role
This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a motor dealership. The Site Operations Manager will work closely with department managers to ensure profitability and high team morale.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, strong leadership and motivational abilities, and strong computer skills.

Key responsibilities include:
* Training and motivating department managers to achieve profitable, compliant, and effective dealership operations.
* Monitoring daily operations and recommending improvements when necessary in consultation with the Site Manager.
* Developing and maintaining good working relationships with lending institutions and the supply chain.
* Directing and monitoring all dealership management and supervisory personnel functions, including performance evaluations and regular meetings.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
* FOLLOWING COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AND ENSURING COMPLIANCE FROM MANAGEMENT AND STAFF.
* Resolving customer complaints.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 5 years experience in a senior management role in a fast-paced dealership environment.
* Motor industry experience essential.
* Excellent people management and communications skills.
* Experience in talent acquisition, retention, and staff development.
* Customer service focus.
* Proven ability to manage and perform in pressurized situations.
* Commercial and financial acumen.
* Innovative and forward-looking approach to site development.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
