* Sustain excellence in facilities management through effective supervision of outsourced and direct-labour service delivery.
* Support the coordination of facilities for campus events and examinations.
* Maintain high standards of presentation across all campus areas.
* Manage consumables, equipment, and associated stock levels efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and support related procedures.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and support units to facilitate smooth operations.
* Work flexibly across rotating shifts and respond to occasional operational issues or emergencies.
