Le Meas Executive Searchare delighted to partner with a Multinational Insurance Company to hire a Audit & Control Specialist(French & English Speaking)to their Dublin, Ireland operation.Key Responsibilities:Monitoring and testing of delegated activities to partners such as but not limited to: Sales/ Distribution, Subscriptions Process, Claims and Complaints Handling, while adhering to defined SLA's, Fraud, Freedom of Services (FOS) checks and AML checks.Analyse data from scorecards collected by the first line to monitor the partner's performance on the above-mentioned delegated activitiesLiaise with Risk function to ensure control results are integrated into our risk assessment and monitoring frameworkMaintain strong communication with internal stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment with compliance standards and any new requirementsPerform onsite and/or remote controls of partner processes, procedures and systems to ensure activities align with contractual obligations, quality and regulatory standardsAssess the partner remediation plans followed up by the first line of defence in case of identified weaknesses and define the corresponding effectivenessMonitor and assess additional ad-hoc gaps identified within different business teamsAssist in maintaining up-to-date procedures due to operational changes or regulatory requirementsIdentify system and process gaps and initiate the implementation of corrective measuresRequired Qualifications & Experience:Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related fieldProfessional experience in audit or on-site control is an advantage2+ years proven background in Insurance / Financial Services environment.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeKnowledge and understanding of mitigating outsourcing risk and regulatory requirements for managing an outsourcing frameworkLanguage: Fluent English & French. 3rd language an advantage (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German or Polish)Excellent presentation skills to all stakeholders (internal stakeholders including Senior management and external stakeholders)Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to regularly travel in EuropeAbility to maintain high ethical standards and handle sensitive information responsibleIf you have the relevant experience and would like to learn more please submit a CV through LinkedIn or to
