Company Overview
O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Foreman for our client, a contractor delivering multiple ongoing projects.
The successful candidate will be working on residential projects in Portlaoise.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring project completion on schedule and to required standards.
Manage and direct site personnel and subcontractors on site.
Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations.
Ensure all work meets required specifications through regular quality checks.
Plan and coordinate labour, materials, and equipment to optimise costs and efficiency.
Liaise with Site/Project Managers and clients.
Qualifications and Experience
Site supervision experience with a trades background.
Must have civil works experience.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.
Must have the ability to manage the multi-disciplinary teams of contactors & site operatives.
