* Managing the smooth running of this beautiful operation on a day-to-day basis.
* A strong understanding of kitchen management is required for this role.
* This role requires excellent attention to detail.
* A true food enthusiast.
* An ability to work well as part of a team in a busy environment is essential
* Working with fresh produce every day.
* Experience in a similar role.
* Managing a team to produce an excellent standard of food throughout this busy property.
* Current market knowledge of the latest food trends.
* Over a seven-day period, working five days.
* An experienced kitchen manager is required.
* Able to bring latest food trends to this property.
