* Ensure alignment of digital vision throughout the delivery of the new Fáilte Ireland corporate website and platforms.
* Manage feature development and implementation across multiple agile teams and development partners.
* Champion innovation and digital excellence across portals, platforms, and websites.
* Lead the implementation of personalization initiatives across the digital ecosystem.
* Apply insights, market trends, and transformative thinking to shape digital strategy and platforms.
* Ensure website content management systems meet B2B needs and deliver exceptional user experience.
* Oversee accurate and optimized display of content for SEO and usability.
* Collaborate with the Digital Performance Team to improve UX/UI through user insights, A/B testing, and results-driven enhancements.
* Support the optimization of Ireland's Content Pool (Digital Asset Management system).
* Lead data reporting, insights generation, and ROI analysis for digital activities.
* Achieve project KPIs by meeting delivery timelines, sprint targets, and quality standards.
* Track and report progress to the Steering Group, maintaining full PMO compliance.
* Promote sustainable digital practices and carbon footprint awareness.
* Lead accessibility compliance per WCAG 2.2 AA standards and inclusive UAT testing.
* Ensure strict adherence to GDPR and related data protection regulations.
Mandatory Requirements:
* 4–6 years of professional experience within an enterprise-level organization.
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in Product Management or Business Analysis using agile methodology.
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation or web development projects.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary digital teams and external vendors.
* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Desirable:
* Experience with content management systems, UX/UI design, SEO, and personalization technologies.
* Familiarity with sustainability, accessibility, and data governance in digital projects.
* Relevant qualifications in project management, agile delivery, or digital transformation.
