Role Title: Urgent Care Admin
Location: Vhi Swords
This role is a 9‑month fixed‑term contract on a part‑time basis (0.8). You will support the day‑to‑day running of Vhi 360 Clinic, covering the service hours of 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, 365 days a year. Flexibility to work across a rolling roster is essential.
Responsibilities
Provide an excellent level of service to patients and customers attending the clinic.
Manage all communications in a respectful and courteous manner (face‑to‑face, phone, email, etc.).
Ensure patient information is entered accurately and that computerized patient files are updated and secured.
Organise and book patient appointments and advise customers of costs related to VHI Healthcare policies.
Maintain smooth operation of the reception area and support cross‑functional team members.
Assist the Clinic Manager and undertake additional duties as outlined on an ad‑hoc basis.
What You Need To Be Successful
Experience in an administrative or customer‑facing role.
Demonstrated capability in a customer‑facing environment.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage but not essential.
Interpersonal Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient‑ and customer‑focused approach.
Good IT skills – Microsoft Office.
